PETER SHERIDAN: BROKER/SALES ASSOCIATE

Peter received his real estate sales associate license over twenty years ago and has been successful throughout all of his years in the business. Peter first entered the real estate world in 1986 with Merrill Lynch Realty in Bedminster, New Jersey. Shortly after his start in real estate, he went to work with Weichert Realtors in Piscataway, New Jersey where he was the Assistant Office Manager. During his yeas with Weichert he was proud to be a part of the New Jersey State Million Dollar Club, along with being an outstanding corporate trainer for new recruits.

Throughout Peter’s years in real estate he has been able to spread a wealth of his knowledge throughout the state. From 1989 to1996, Peter was the lead salesperson for Calton Homes in Freehold, New Jersey. Peter’s eagerness to learn continued to grow as he received his real estate broker’s license in 1992. In 1993, Peter was a corporate broker of record with Calton Homes until 1996. A year later, until 2009, Peter worked for Toll Brothers in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. During that same year he was a corporate broker of record in New Jersey and was a Multiple “Sales Manager of the Year” recipient and won Director of Sales and Marketing for the Toll division in Hoboken, New Jersey.

In 2010, Country Classics’ was extremely pleased to have Peter Sheridan become a part of the Sales team. His dedication to his community, friendliness, and drive for success has led him to become a top sales person among Country Classics’ team.

 JACQUELINE MELLO: SALES ASSOCIATE

Jacqueline is a native to New Jersey and has been in the real estate business for over thirty years.  Before obtaining her real estate license in 1978, Jackie handled real estate closings at a law firm. Within that same year, Jacqueline partnered with Nancy Czarny and was a relocation director and specialists in the sale of new homes.

Jacqueline is a strong team member and leader at Country Classics while being the director of marketing and development. She has been with Homeward Bound Realty since the doors opened and has played a large role in helping make the Country Classic communities very successful. Jackie’s enthusiastic, personable, and driven attitude are yet a few factors that have led her into many successful endeavors.  Jacqueline is licensed to sell Real Estate in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey.

MARCI HAZUKA: SALES ASSOCIATE:

 With over ten years experience in Real Estate, mortgages, taxes and investments, Marci is licensed to sell Real Estate in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey.  Marci has been honored with multiple Real Estate and customer service awards, including the CBA of New Jersey-Sales Person of the Year, Triumph Fitness Commitment to Excellence award, and the Million Dollar Club award for five consecutive years.  Marci is a member of the National Associations of Realtors, serves as an executive board member of the Talent Stock Business Network as well as a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Marci strives to provide excellent customer service by continuing to hone her skills by attending classes, seminars and forums.  She completed the H&R Block Income Tax course, as well as participated in Bob Schultz and the New Home Specialist Boot Camp in 2006, 2007 and 2010.

DANIELLE TAMPIER: SALES ASSOCIATE

Danielle has always had a passion for all things creative.  Born and raised in Hunterdon County, NJ, she began following her instincts and graduated from Ratitan Valley Community College with Associates degrees in both Theater and Liberal Arts in 2005.  Her thirst for knowledge did not stop there.  In 2008, Danielle graduated from Centenary College in New Jersey with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion (concentration in Design) and a Bachelor’s in Theater(concentration in Acting).

In April of 2007, Danielle joined the Country Classics and Homeward Bound Realty family as a Sales Assistant.  Danielle’s knowledge in art, design and a variety of fields has made her an expert for the company in public relations, website design, promotional materials and social media.  She has grown from her original position and received her real estate Sales Person license in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Danielle’s personable attitude and drive for success has made her a wonderful asset to the company and clients.

   

KURT MANZ: SALES ASSOCIATE
Kurt brings a wealth of experience to Homeward Bound Realty.  He has a broad background that spans well over thirty years.  He started his Real Estate career in the resale market becoming a consistent top producer in sales and listings. He was known for his expertise in how to successfully market properties. Later he became a manager of a very successful office, serving the greater Summit NJ area.

For the past two decade working for some of the nation’s largest builders he has been involved in the sales of thousands of new homes, valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

 Kurt has kept up on his education in the field taking numerous courses. Including Broker, CSP, MIRM and CASH to name just a few. He has also excelled as a sales trainer and mentor.

  Kurt has been recognized both in and out of his industry for various achievements and community service.  Among them is Sales Person of the Year, Jaycee of the Year, and Outstanding Young Man of America twice. He also won the Nikon Highest Pictorial Excellence award in photography.  He has also served as a town Committeeman.

 Prior to his entry into Real Estate Kurt worked for the JP Morgan Bank on Wall Street NY.    He has served in the US Military and trained at Ft. Rucker Army Aviation School.

LAURA FLUHARTY: SALES ASSOCIATE 

Laura is Country Classic’s Design Studio Director and has been with Country Classics for the past 5 years. In 2005, she received her real estate sales associate license and joined Homeward Bound Realty. Her enthusiasm and creative mind for design has offered many new homebuyers designs that fit each buyer’s needs.

Her beautiful designs have led to many successes along with happy homebuyers. In 2008, Laura was also awarded with the CBA Option Sales Design/Selection Coordinator of the year. Shortly after, in 2010 the Hampton model at Legacy at Readington won the Merchandised Model award, which was designed by creative mind leader, Laura.

Laura’s dedication to happy homeowners does not stop at the job site, as she is a happy Country Classics homeowner herself.
